Instructor - certification prep (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield North Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Salt Lake City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
