Instructor - certification prep (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Thistle Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Sacramento. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
