Instructor - certification prep (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
