Instructor - certification prep (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Cedar Vale Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
