Instructor - certification prep (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Clear Care Services Partners and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
