Instructor - certification prep (Reno, NV)

Redstone Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Reno, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
