Instructor - certification prep (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rook Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
