Instructor - certification prep (Reno, NV)

Lumen Granite Staffing is a Reno staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
