Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bluepeak Health runs clinics and patient services around Boston, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
