Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Clear Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
