Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Partners is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
