Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Nova Hollow Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
