Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fox Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
