Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Rivermark Pike Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
