Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Summit Willow Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
