Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bright West Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
