Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Summit Willow Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Toledo region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 442 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
