Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Summit Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Antonio, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 216 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
