Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Early Learning Partners and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
