Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Drift Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
