Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
