Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Health provides primary and specialty care in El Paso, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
