Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Nova Kestrel Medical is a Tampa company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 415 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
