Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Ironwood Amber Medical Group is a Colorado Springs company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
