Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Vista Staffing Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 317 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
