Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fox Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
