Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Harborlight Fox Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
