Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
