Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Nova Sable Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Rochester, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
