Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Silverline Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Atlanta caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 344 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
