Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bluepeak Vale Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
