Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Forge Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
