Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bright Sable Staffing is a Miami staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
