Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Minneapolis, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
