Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Oak Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in equipment calibration. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
