Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bright Pine Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Milwaukee region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
