Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Redstone Forge Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Knoxville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
