Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Des Moines, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client sites. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
