Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Beacon Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
