Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in school calendars. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
