Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Summit Union Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
