Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Northwind Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Wichita. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
