Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Northwind Sparrow Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
