Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
