Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bluepeak Orchard Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
