Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Granite Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
