Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Greenridge Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Philadelphia. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
