Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
