Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Lumen Health Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
