Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Westbrook Maple Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
